The outdoor kitchenette makes self-catering a breeze, featuring a fridge, 2-burner stove, microwave, and espresso coffee machine – perfect for casual breakfasts or tropical dinners on your private balcony.

Bella Vista is not in the resort letting pool, so all bookings are handled directly through me, with my contact number provided for 24-hour assistance.

Please note: The resort pool is undergoing a major upgrade from November 2025 to May 2026 and will be unavailable during this period.

THE SPACE

Bella Vista is a large, tropical-style studio apartment situated on the third floor, offering peaceful views over the resort’s water garden and the Coral Sea beyond. Perfect for couples or solo travellers, the studio is fully self-contained and designed for comfort and convenience.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Queen-size canopy-style bed

  • Large flat-screen smart TV

  • Spacious corner sofa

  • Central air-conditioning and ceiling fan

The outdoor kitchenette allows you to be fully self-sufficient, featuring a fridge, 2-burner stove, microwave, and espresso coffee machine, perfect for casual meals or tropical breakfasts.

Bella Vista is not in the resort letting pool, so all bookings are handled directly with me, and my contact number will be provided for 24-hour assistance.

 

GUEST ACCESS

The apartment is all yours! Shared pool area and laundry facilities with other resort guests.

The apartment is on the top level. Access is via a lift near the resort reception which will take you the 2nd floor. There are approx 16 stairs to the apartment level.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This property is self-contained therefore a mid-stay clean is not included but can be arranged at an extra cost with at least 1 week’s notice.

  • Free on-site parking available

  • Laundry facilities available within the resort

  • Strict no parties or events policy applies

  • Resort pool closed from November 2025 to May 2026 for a major upgrade
